The Cooks Larder - Dinner

Duck!

This time I am here for dinner. The restaurant is full but surprisingly quiet inside. We are seated in the middle and have a view of the open kitchen, there is an angled mirror above the preparation area so we can watch the food that is about to come out. Service is outstanding with friendly casual waitstaff.
The menu has a selection of about five different dishes for each course. We choose the Duck Confit and Berkshire Porchini. Both great.
Dessert is superb, we tried three, Chocolate Torte Espresso, Snow Cheese, a Fig pistachio and honey dish.
So far my favourite restaurant in Avalon for breakfast or dinner. Must return for lunch.
